Today I want to share with you some of the books I read which are easy to follow through and really helpful if you want to understand better the principles of training, dieting and recovery. 📚📚📚
1. "Strength training anatomy" - by Frederic Delavier
If you want to learn more about the principles of strength training and use a full list of exercises which different muscles, this is the one for you. It is very visual with lots of illustrations of the correct form of different exercises.
2️. "Sport nutrition for health and performance" - by Manore, Meyer and Thompson
This book is one of my favourites about nutrition, it is such a valuable tool if you want to learn and plan your meals to support your training.
3️. "Every day is game day" - by Mark Verstegen
I found myself super motivated to train after reading this. The book is split in chapters focused on training, nutrition, recovery and mindset. A good read for a beginner in weight training.
