My goal was to lose body fat and gain muscle mass. I was a total beginner and Vanya had the perfect approach with me. Gave me not only balanced training plan and nutritional advises but was also committed to track my progress and make sure I was feeling good. Then of course, the results came. - N.V.

I’ve had excellent results and recommend her highly. I will take credit for all of the hard graft, but I couldn’t have done it without Vanya’s motivation, guidance and support. She encourages and pushes you with positive reinforcement and aspirational goal-setting. Her dietary advice was a massive help and put me on the road to re-discovering parts of me that I thought were lost forever. Vanya is amazing!! She really gets you results. I have been training with Vanya for around 7 months. I am a middle aged unfit woman and she has made a huge difference. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and takes a real interest in her students. She has me doing things I never thought I would be able to. It's so good to have someone who knows your strengths and weaknesses and can tailor a programme around you, that challenges you fairly and where you feel the difference in your day-to-day life.
